Family Systems

Family Systems therapy aims to explore how a family operates as a unit and how the dynamics of the family affect each individual member. This perspective encourages members to adopt more open and reflective attitudes, giving them a greater understanding of their roles within the family system. Certified therapists have undergone specialized training in the therapeutic approaches of Family Systems theory, allowing them to look at patterns developed over time, identify dynamics that no longer serve the family unit and analyze where changes need to be made for lasting results. The goal of Family Systems therapy is for individuals to gain insight into their family's structure and develop healthier ways of relating to one another within it.
